    Warranty Policy

    All products purchased from Shopping Bug carry the full Manufacturer's Warranty. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.

    • Return and Refund Breakdown:
      • If the product(s) have not been opened or used, and they are sealed in their original shipping contanier(s), the order will be refunded in it's entirety MINUS the original shipping costs incurred by Shopping Bug.
      • If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), however they are still NEW & UN-USED, a 25% re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by Shopping Bug, will be deducted from the refund.
      • If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are USED, a 50% re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by Shopping Bug, will be deducted from the refund.
      • If the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are determined to be un-sellable, the order will not be refunded, and products will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.
    • IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT DEFECT OR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE, CUSTOMERS CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT(S), AND MUST FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM.
    • Product(s) must be returned in their original shipping containers, NO EXCEPTIONS. If products are returned in different shipping containers, a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the final refund, in addition to the above refund schedule.
    • Customers must complete the above form in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and return address.
    • If returned products are shipped to any location other than our Returns Department in Nevada, a 25% re-routing fee will be deducted from the final refund, in addition to the above refund schedule.
    • Please return the product(s) back to Shopping Bug, insured for their full retail value via a traceable shipping carrier.
    • Please email Shopping Bug the tracking information for your returned package(s) by replying to our Return Authorization email. Failure to email the tracking number may result in significant delays in processing your refund.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Shopping Bug will perform a complete inspection in order to determine the appropriate resolution based on the refund schedule detailed above.
    • In the event a product is returned and later deemed unsellable following a complete inspection, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.


    Reward Points

    Shopping Bug's valued customers automatically earn one Reward Point for every dollar spent in our Specialty Stores. Every 100 Reward Points earned, may then be converted to $5 of store credit.

    Example:
    A $500 purchase earns you 500 Reward Points, which equals $25 towards a future purchase.

    Reward Points never expire and no minimum order is required to earn or redeem them. Redeeming your Reward Points is simple and easy during the checkout process. Please complete the following form to have your Reward Points activated for future purchases.

    Free Shipping

    Shopping Bug offers Free Ground & Freight Shipping to the lower 48 states for all orders that exceed the minimum order value. Please refer to the top left corner of the website for the minimum order value.

    Please note that some orders are split shipped from multiple shipping locations, generating multiple tracking numbers and multiple delivery dates, therefore please be sure to monitor each tracking number we send you after your order is shipped.

    Freight Shipments ***CUSTOMERS MUST READ***
    Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages and boxes. Failure to do so will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered damages. As per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are delivered and sign for. Please do not automatically assume that the contents of your packages are undamaged, simply because the boxes appear intact. Even if the truck driver is impatient or rushed, please keep in mind that this transfer of liability is taking place, making the customer ultimately responsible for undiscovered damages.

    Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
    Customers will be charged additional transportation fees for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Customers will be notified via email after the order is placed if any additional fees are to be paid.

    International Orders
    Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping services as the shipper on record. We will however ship to a freight forwarder of your choice, within the lower 48 United States. All of our international customers utilize the services of a freight forwarder.
